This 5-minute fluffy whipped blueberry butter is made with jam for the perfect creamy texture & vibrant color. And a little lemon zest makes the bursting blueberry flavor taste amazing with everything from waffles to cornbread.
In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until it’s fluffy after a few minutes.
Add the blueberry jam and lemon zest and mix again until everything is well-combined.
To store, spread the mixed butter in an airtight container. Store in the fridge.

Butter: Allow your butter to soften room temperature for easy mixing. And for a rich flavor, splurge on a high-fat European butter such as Kerrygold.
Blueberries: While it might be tempting to add fresh berries, I found that they made the butter watery & split. Instead, reach for your favorite good-quality blueberry jam like Bonne Maman for a creamy texture.
