Garlic Sun Dried Tomato Butter

This beautiful bright orange tomato butter is packed with flavor from sun dried tomatoes, fresh garlic, and a whole lot of love. Plus it’s ready in 5 minutes, with no fancy equipment or ingredients!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup oil-packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely minced
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix: In a large bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped sun dried tomatoes and minced garlic until it’s well-combined.
  • Store: To store, spread the mixed butter in an airtight container. Or spread the butter on parchment paper and shape into a log, then wrap in the parchment paper and store in the fridge.
