Chocolate Hazelnut Blondies

Carissa Erzen
These chocolate hazelnut blondies have all the best textures - crunchy, cakey, and fudgy. Chopped hazelnuts and a swirl of chocolate hazelnut butter level up these blondies into a league of their own.
