Ingredients

  • 8 ounces strawberries
  • 6 ounces blueberries
  • 1 medium dragon fruit

Instructions

  • Wash the strawberries and blueberries. Cut off the green tops from the strawberries and slice them in half length-wise.
  • Cut the dragon fruit in half lengthwise, then use a large metal spoon to scoop out the white fruit from inside. Slice each half of the fruit lengthwise into 3 -5 five pieces.
Optional: Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out stars.
  • Arrange all the fruit on a platter or a bowl and serve up. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Instead of strawberries, you could substitute watermelon. Cube them or use a star cookie cutter for the watermelon.
  • Instead of dragon fruit, you could use sliced bananas, yogurt covered pretzels, or cubed angel food cake.
  • Cut the strawberries in half to lay flat on a plate. Then they won't roll around as you transport them.
  • Store leftover fruit in an airtight container in the fridge for up to four days.
  • Freeze leftover fruit in an airtight container or freezer safe bag for up to 3 months, and you can make smoothies from it!
