2. Soak the rye flour and sourdough, then mix it with the rest of the dough.

3. Press the dough into a loaf pan and let it proof for 2 hours in a warm spot.

4. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on the loaf & bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 425°F.
