This chocolate peanut butter frozen Greek yogurt bark is the ultimate healthy treat during hot summer months. It's crunchy right out of the freezer, and once you take a bite, it melts in your mouth and becomes super creamy. Plus this recipe requires just four simple ingredients to make.
Let's get real. Late at night, I get consumed by a serious craving for something cold and sweet. My usual go-to is ice cream or cereal. But if there's chocolate peanut butter frozen Greek yogurt bark in the freezer, I am definitely reaching for that instead!
One of the great things about frozen Greek yogurt bark is that it's wildly versatile. You can substitute any of the ingredients so it perfectly suits your taste buds' current obsession.
For example, if you aren't a fan of peanut butter, switch it out with any nut or seed butter instead like chocolate almond butter.

Why You Should Make This Recipe
- This frozen yogurt bark requires only 4 simple ingredients.
- Only 10 minutes of prep time is needed - then you just have to wait a few hours as the bark freezes.
- Chocolate + peanut butter is the best sweet + salty flavor combination!
- This is the perfect cold treat when the weather is hot.
Ingredients Needed
- Greek yogurt - I use vanilla or plain Greek yogurt, but you can substitute any flavored variety.
- Peanut butter - Your favorite nut or seed butter adds a salty balance to the sweetness of the bark.
- Cocoa powder - Adds a rich, chocolate flavor without adding actual chocolate.
- Honey - Adds necessary sweetness if using plain yogurt. You can choose to leave this out if you're using a sweetened yogurt or substitute maple syrup.
How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bark
Prepare for freezing: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Combine all the ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder and honey. Mix with a large spoon or silicon spatula until it is smooth and creamy.
Spread out the mixture: On the lined baking sheet, spread the chocolate peanut butter bark mixture. Use a silicon spatula or a butter knife to smooth it out until it's about ¼-inch thick.
Freeze: Place the baking tray with the bark in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least three hours, or overnight.
Drizzle more peanut butter: Use a spoon to drizzle additional peanut butter onto the bark.
Break or cut into pieces: Use a kitchen knife to cut the frozen yogurt bark into smaller pieces. Enjoy!!
Storing
Place leftover frozen yogurt bark pieces in an airtight container.
You can store them in the freezer for up to three months, and enjoy them straight from the freezer.
Recipe Tips
- Taste test your Greek yogurt mixture before spreading it out. It's easier to adjust the sweetness to your preference before it's frozen solid.
- Use Greek yogurt, which has more fat and therefore won't cause ice crystals to form on your frozen yogurt bark.
- Make sure your sheet pan will fit in your freezer. If you have a small freezer, use a smaller sheet pan or use a small parchment lined baking tin and work in batches. Keep any extra frozen yogurt bark filling in the fridge while the rest freezes.
- Line your sheet pan with parchment paper or wax paper to prevent your bark from sticking to the pan in the freezer.
- Feel free to add toppings on the yogurt after you spread it on the baking sheet, and before it goes in the freezer. Fresh or frozen fruit, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles and unsweetened coconut flakes are all delicious additions!
