Liquid Coffee Concentrate in a Brownie
Spoiler alert: these brownies are dangerously addictive! The secret ingredient to creating these thick, fudgy brownies is coffee concentrate. Trust me, once you take a bite, you won’t be able to step away from these coffee fudge brownies! The rich flavor and aroma of coffee is known to enrich the sweet flavor of chocolate, making your brownies more sophisticated and irresistible.
To add coffee, some recipes call for espresso power, like these small batch pick-me-up frosted cupcakes. But espresso powder can sometimes add an unpleasant grainy texture. Other recipes add strongly brewed coffee, like this light chocolate cake with lavender buttercream. But brewed coffee requires adding a significant amount of liquid, which might mess with the texture of your recipe.
The easiest and most effective way that I’ve found to add a punch of coffee flavor without compromising the integrity of your recipe is to add Javy liquid coffee concentrate. Just a couple tablespoons of coffee concentrate does the trick to add an intense and delicious coffee flavor to any baked goodies! 🍪🎂🍫🧁

Coffee Fudge Brownies with White Chocolate Chips
I don’t know about you, but I fall in the camp of loving fudgy, chewy brownies over crumbly, dry brownies any day of the week. If you do like slightly crumblier brownies, I suggest trying out these yummy sorghum flour brownies. But if you picked the right choice (fudgy brownies, obvs) then you’re going to want to try these ASAP! There is a good amount of melted milk chocolate (about two and a half Hershey’s bars) in the brownie batter. And white chocolate chips add a little crunch of extra creamy sweetness. You could add dark chocolate or chopped nuts in your brownies, if you prefer. The world is your brownie oyster, my friends!
In my opinion, the best part of these coffee fudge brownies is the COFFEE! ☕ The aroma that wafts out of the oven as these bake is amazing. And since they smell and taste very much like a morning cup of joe, they can totally be eaten for breakfast, right?? 😉 Enjoy!!

Javy Coffee Concentrate
To be honest, I had never heard of coffee concentrate before I heard of Javy. Previously, I would have thought that the most “concentrated” form of coffee would have been espresso. But let me tell you, this stuff packs a punch! When I first opened the small glass bottle, it basically smacked me in the nostrils with the strong, floral aroma of Arabica coffee. There are just two ingredients – coffee and water. No weird chemicals or preservatives await your taste buds.
You can add a teaspoon into your favorite milk to create an instantly delicious iced or hot coffee drink. Javy offers several fun flavors too, like pumpkin and mocha. The liquid coffee concentrate comes in a glass bottle, so it’s recyclable. And since the product is concentrated, you aren’t wasting tons of plastic cups and containers. It’s a win-win for everyone! 🌎☕🌍☕🌏☕
